How many customers can I have in my program?
Unlimited! There is no limit to the amount of loyalty customers you can have.
What are add-ons and do I need them?
Add-ons are options you can select to enhance your loyalty platform but are not required. Most businesses do select at least 1 add-on that make sense for them.
How often can I send text message Blasts?
Everyday if needed, however we recommend not sending more than 1 time per week. You have no limit to how many days a month you can send text message blasts as long as you have available credits.
What is Unlimited Automated Text Messages?
Automated text messages are sent automatically 1 by 1 for such things as: birthday deal, absent customer deal, welcome to our program, sign up deal, mobile app install link, gift card sales, questions and more. Your loyalty platform includes all these messages at no additional cost. Simply create a template for each and your platform will automatically send the text message as needed.
What are text message blasts?
“Blasts” are optional text messages you can send to all your loyalty customers at 1 time. They are not required but are useful for mass notifications. Running a deal? Need to notify customers? Need to generate more foot traffic today? Simply log into your merchant dashboard and send a text message blast to all your customers. Blasts are charged at $0.01 cent per text message credit.
