How often can I send text messages?
Everyday if needed! Your account comes with UNLIMITED text messages. Loyalty BIZ is the only company to offer you UNLIMITED text messages. You have no limit on how many days a month you can send text messages.
Can I receive phone calls?
Amazingly YES! Loyalty BIZ is the only text messaging company to offer you UNLIMITED inbound phone calls from your exclusive 10-digit text messaging phone number we provide you. When someone calls your text messaging phone number, the call is automatically forwarded to your business phone line ensuring you never miss that contact.
Can I change or cancel my account at any time?
Yes. Your plan is a month to month subscription that can be changed or cancelled at anytime. Our flexible no obligation subscription allows you to use messaging when it is best for your business.
Will I have to change my main phone number?
You keep all of your same phone numbers. Your business number won’t change. We provide you with an additional 10-digit phone number that is exclusive for just your business to use. Your 10-digit phone number will be either a local area code or a Toll FREE number depending on your plan and your needs. Your text messages will be sent from your 10-digit phone number. When your customers call your new number, the call will be forwarded straight to your business line.
Is this online, or do I download a software?
You can sign into your Loyalty BIZ account straight from your desktop or phone’s web browser.
I’m not tech savvy. Will I be able to use this?
Absolutely! Loyalty BIZ platform is very intuitive and user friendly. If you are familiar with checking your email inbox and sending text messages, using Loyalty BIZ for your customer communication is a piece of cake!
What is the difference between the packages?
The main differences is the amount of contacts you can have and the amount of messages that are sent per minute. For customers with a large amount of contacts we use a Toll FREE # which increase throttle rates for the number of sent outbound text messages to accommodate larger volume usage.
Can I use Loyalty BIZ for marketing like short codes?
Loyalty BIZ is a peer-to-peer communication service that is used to build and enhance customer relationships on a personal, individual level. Short code texting, on the other hand, is more expensive and used for mass marketing purposes. Long code texting utilize your 10-digit phone numbers as opposed to short codes that use a different number that may be unfamiliar to customers and often appear as spam.
Short codes also are unable to receive incoming phone calls which your 10-digit phone number will accept.
We do not condone the use of this service to solicit wireless subscribers with any unwanted text messages. We have a zero tolerance policy for SMS spam and reserve the right to immediately cancel the service for any user that does so.
