How many credits do I need?

SMS messages are 1 credit each. So, for example, to send 1 SMS message to 1,000 subscribers 2 times a month, you would need 2,000 credits for that month. MMS messages are 2 credits each, so you would need 4,000 credits for the same volume and frequency.

What is the character limit for text messages?

SMS is limited to standard 160 characters and costs 1 credit each. With MMS you can send messages up to 1,600 characters and costs 2 credits each.

What number can I use for texting?

We start all accounts with a free dedicated number capable of sending texts to large groups or having 2-way conversations. This number is all yours! You won’t share it with anyone. We can also give you a new local number or text-enable your current landline or VoIP.

Do you offer a discount for annual billing?

Yes we do. Save a whopping 35% when you pay for a year up front!

Can I change my plan credits?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade the amount of text credits you need at any time from the Billing page in your account.

Are there any contracts or setup fees?

Absolutely not. We also don’t require a credit card for our free 14-day trial.

Do you offer a discount for churches and nonprofits?

Yes we do. Qualified churches, nonprofits and tax-exempt organizations can take 20% off our monthly plan or 40% off our annual plan.

Do I get charged for incoming messages?

All incoming SMS messages are free! Incoming messages with photos or other media attached (MMS) cost 1 credit each.

Is there a limit on how many contacts I can have?

No, we don’t limit how many lists or contacts you can have.
